The customized plan of the Indonesian Coal Washing Wastewater Treatment Project aims at the characteristics of coal washing wastewater such as high turbidity, high solids load, containing slime and flotation reagent residues, and combines Indonesia's tropical rainy climate, island transportation restrictions and local environmental protection regulations (KLH Regulation No. 5/2021), highlighting the three major goals of efficient solid-liquid separation, maximizing reuse water rate, and recycling of slime resources.
