The waste gas of this project mainly contains ammonia gas, which has irritating smell and toxicity. According to the characteristics of ammonia solution that is alkaline and easily soluble in water, the absorption method (three-stage spray tower) is used for treatment. The first-stage spray tower uses acidic liquid agents for neutralization and absorption, and the second-stage and third-stage water absorption is used. According to the detection data of the online pH meter in the spray water tank, acid agents are added and the wastewater in the spray water tank is regularly replaced, and the ammonia-containing wastewater is discharged to the sewage treatment station.
