With the development of the city and the continuous expansion of the pipe network, the drainage pipe network has prominent problems such as insufficient inspection well monitoring equipment, silting of pipe sections, disorderly supervision, and excessive discharge of sewage, which has led to the direct discharge of some sewage into the receiving water body, causing increased water pollution and even becoming a black and smelly water body. Zhejiang Province has been committed to the construction of a "zero direct sewage discharge zone", implementing the full-process dynamic supervision of important nodes such as source diversion (rainwater and sewage diversion), process control (sewage interception and storage pipes, pipe network transportation), terminal treatment (sewage treatment plants), and drainage (sewage) port standard construction, and establishing a "digital drainage system with real-time sensing across the region and information integration and sharing."
